The house or condo must be currently listed by an Aviara agent.
The loan is based on the availability of funds and commitments to fund will only be held for 7 days.
The amount of the loan will be a maximum of $500,000 to purchase a home, or $100,000 for improvements.
The loan will be for a maximum of 80% of the conservative value of the home they are selling minus all encumbrances.
For example, if the value is $700,000, and they owe $300,000 and have no other encumbrances, they would be eligible for up to $260,000.
